A: Sure, each order (per child/event) comes with the 1st theme design free. Every additional theme
design is $15 per additional theme. For eg. If you would like to have a mix of Safari Jungle theme and
Barnyard Animal theme, there will just be another $15 charge for the additional
Barnyard Animal theme design.

A: Yes, minimum quantity as per stated on website.
Vintage, Guo Da Li, Classic, Classic (DIY) Packages – required min. 10 boxes for each package
Donuts – required min. 5 boxes
Cards Purchase only – required min. 20pcs per Theme per Artwork

A: No, we do not charge GST on our products.

A: Our daily delivery time slot is within 10am – 1pm.
Delivery fee to 1 location is at $15. Order with $300 & above comes with 1 free delivery trip
(excluding the below stated Postal codes).

An additional surcharge of $10 is applicable for the below postal codes
starting with the 1st 2 digits (Note: Surcharge of $10 will also be applicable to order
which meets the free delivery trip purchase amount).

Upon receiving of e-invoice, kindly check the order details and proceed with payment to confirm your order. Order is only confirmed upon payment received. Please attached a screenshot of the payment receipt and email to orders@partridgepear.com or whatsapp to 91557315 for proof of payment.

A: We will need you to email us your digital photograph or scanned photograph in JPEG format (hi-res).
Be flexible and creative! You can use outdoor photos or candid shots rather than traditional passport
photos. We’ll do the necessary cropping and touching up. A preview will be emailed to you for your
verification prior to print. Your end product will not be disappointing!

A: Upon receiving, please store the fresh bakes in an air-conditioned
room if distribution is on a later timing (keep away from sunlight and heat). Please arrange for delivery
on the SAME DAY you wish to distribute to your guests.
Packages that contain food items such as Ang Ku Kuehs, Red Eggs & etc are
Not Recommended to be kept overnight. They are best consumed on the day of delivery for
optimum freshness.

Classic / DIY favours – Best to consume within a month. Store under cool and dry conditions,
away from direct sunlight.
