Q:	How do I create my own package?

Creating your own package is easy! Simply click on Gift Packages on our top menu bar (1st from left) and select your desired Theme, gift favours (select min 3 favours to upgrade to a package with Box and Card at just $0.70) and Card design. Once you're decided on your package, complete the order form at Order Now and email it to us together with your photograph. Done, it's that easy!

Q:	How do I place my order?

Simply click on our Order Now link and download the order form (Microsoft Excel format). Complete all details and email it back to us at orders@partridgepear.com together with your photograph. A confirmation invoice reflecting your order and delivery details will be emailed to you within the next working day. Should you not receive any confirmation email from us by then, please give us a call and we will confirm the status of your order.

Q:	Can I select more than 1 theme for my package/favours?

Sure, each order comes with the 1st theme design free. To add on additional theme designs to your order, simply add $15 per additional theme! For eg. If you would like to have a mix of Safari Jungle theme and Barnyard Animal theme for your favours, there will just be another $15 charge for the additional Barnyard Animal theme design.

Q:	Do I need to order in advance?

A:	Yes, kindly submit all orders 5 working days (excluding Mon and PH) before your order delivery date. If you're late, just give us a call and we'll see what we can do for you. We'll always try to fulfill our customers' orders whenever we can!

Q:	Is there a minimum order quantity and what if I don't meet it?

A:	Yes, a minimum total amount of S$100 excluding delivery charge applies to every order. Should your order be less than this amount, a small order fee of $25 will be applicable. No minimum order amount is required for Cards alone, GUND or Organic Product orders.

Q:	Do you charge GST and any other miscellaneous charges that I should know of?

A:	No, we do not charge GST on our products. All our prices as shown on the website are nett.

Q:	Do you provide delivery services or do I self collect my order?

Delivery is charged at $15 per location for most areas, or $18 per location for Sentosa, Bukit Panjang & Choa Chu Kang (09, 67, 68), and $20 for TUAS, Jurong, Lim Chu Kang and Tengah (60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 69, 70, 71).

Alternatively, you can self collect your order from 7th Manna Cafe located at 368 Tanjong Katong Road on Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 3pm (not available during Cafe closure/PH).

Kindly note that for all fresh food items (Ang Ku Kuehs, Red Eggs & Brownies), you are advised to pick up or arrange for delivery on the SAME DAY you wish to distribute your gifts as they are meant for consumption within the same day.

Q:	What are your delivery times?

A:	Deliveries are made between 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm, from Tuesdays to Sundays. We are closed on Mondays and Public Holidays.

Q:	When will I receive my order?

You specify your preferred date of delivery on your order form and we will schedule a timing for you. The delivery details will be reflected on your confirmation invoice. Fresh food items such as Red Eggs, Ang Ku Kuehs and Brownie Cakes are recommended to be consumed on the SAME DAY as delivered or collected for guaranteed freshness.

Q:	What are your business hours for placing an order & contacting you?

A:	We are open from 10am to 7pm on Tuesays to Sundays, and closed on Mondays and Public Holidays. You can contact us via phone at +(65) 6728-3140 or email us anytime to place an order or inquire about our products and services. We will attend to your emails within 1 working day.

Q:	What forms of payment do you accept and when should I pay you?

A:	You can pay for your orders using Cash, Cheque or Internet Banking.

1.	Cash	-	Payment will be collected upon delivery.
2.	Cheque	-	Payment will be collected upon delivery. Please make cheque payable to "Partridge Pear LLP"
3.	Internet Banking	-	Transfers to be made to our corporate account DBS Current Account: 023-902244-8, Bank Code: 7171, Branch Code: 023. Your order will be processed upon successful payment.

Q:	What are your requirements for personalising my gift package?

We will need you to email us your digital photograph or scanned photograph in JPEG format (hi-res). Be flexible and creative! You can use outdoor photos or candid shots rather than traditional passport photos. We'll do the necessary cropping and touching up. A preview will be emailed to you for your verification prior to print. Your end product will not be disappointing!

Q:	How long can I keep your gourmet products for and where are they from?

Fresh foods such as Red Eggs and Ang Ku Kuehs are made locally and are best consumed within the day of delivery. Therefore please arrange for the them to be delivered on the same day you intend to distribute them. We DO NOT recommend giving out refrigerated Red Eggs and Ang Ku Kuehs as refrigeration causes hardening and a change in taste, as well as condensation after it is being removed from the refrigerator.

Baked food items and those containing dairy such as cookies and chocolates are best consumed within a month because they do not contain artificial preservatives that prolong their shelf lives. All items are naturally preserved and best kept under cool and dry conditions, away from direct sunlight. At Partridge Pear, we believe in enjoying quality food at their freshest and most natural state! Of course, we do have items that last over a longer period too, such as our lollipops, toffees and tea bags. Because of their natural constitution of ingredients and method of preservation, they can actually last for over a year. Like the tea bags per say, they are naturally preserved by drying - so if correctly stored in a cool and dry place, they will definitely last. All our food items are either imported directly from major established confectioneries around the world or manufactured locally. The countries that we import our food items from includes UK, US, Australia, Germany, Korea and Czechoslovakia.

Q:	Are you able to cater for other events like Weddings, Dinner and Dance events, etc?
